This public V51 Space reconstructs the independently accepted step-103 connected state, installs the exact public V50 step-104 candidate, and runs isolated V40 in a fresh process. V40 verifies all current tensor references, both changed successor tensors, controller, optimizer, RNG, progress, and the exact connected forward before it can emit an acceptance receipt. The Space uses free CPU Basic hardware and does not auto-retry.
